Office Reliance offers  wide variety of state of the art software development, implementation and support services, as well as consulting on hardware design, disaster recovery planning and high availability cluster designs.

Our technical experts have developed software applications for some of the top 500 international blue chip organizations, including BP, Discovery, National Geographic, BBC, BSkyB, etc.

We have extensive experience of a wide variety of hardware platforms like Linux, Windows and Unix as well as software technologies including Oracle, PHP, PL/SQL, MySQL, Perl, Javascript, ASP, etc. Below is a breif summary of some of the technical streams we participate in.
Linux Server Configuration

We are experts at configuring and maintaining Linux servers. With over 15 years of in-depth Linux server administration we are adept at doing complete Linux server builds to custom developments, enhancements and configurations. Configurations of mail, web, database and cluster services are routinely performed on servers in and around the region.

Our latest project involves the building of a mission critical linux cluster running Oracle on a high availability setup. Other recently completed projects includes the building of a proxy server to monitor and manage internet access and bandwith usage, the installation and configuration of a asterisk based linux pbx and the configuration of a linux based web and mail server.

 
System Monitoring

We have developed numerous bespoke application and infrastructure monitoring applications. These includes interfacing to hardware devices (temperature probes, access control swipe card readers, network switches, PBX devices, server environments, etc), applications (CRM, Oracle Databases, Linux & Windows OS, Mail server statistics, Web server statistics, etc)

Typical monitoring applications gather information at a regular frequency. This info is then stored in a database and graphed on a web based dashboard. Alerts and preemptive notifications (via email, sms, http, etc) is often incorporated to ensure error and maintenance free operations.
 
Web based Database Development

Our web development projects includes typically website work like the design of static sites to complex database driven websites powered by Oracle, MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server. Front end development includes Javascript, PHP, CGI and Perl.

Some web based applications developed includes customer relationship management (CRM) systems, timesheet systems and bespoke database driven sites. We have developed, host and support numerous content management system (CMS) sites based on Joomla and Wordpress.
 
Call Centre Solutions

We have developed several call centre applications. These include innovative industry leading call answer applications to CRM systems with detailed monitoring and costing.

We have in-depth knowledge of the open source Asterisk PBX solution and have written several add-ons and APIs to make Call Centre management easier when using Asterisk and A2Billing, a pre-paid calling card application. 

As part of our Call Centre product offering we offer consulting onthe design, implementation and support of Asterisk based PBX solutions. Custom developments and interfaces to other in-house systems are offerred as well.
